Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated and charged at check out, based on item details and current courier rates. All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. You should receive e-mail updates throughout the delivery process. 

For international orders, please note that customs and duty charges may apply and are at the discretion of the customs agents in your country. We are not responsible for the cost of duties on international shipments.

Select items require additional shipping charges. If this happens, you will be contacted after check-out with the revised cost to approve.

The cost of shipping for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Please see our return policy for more details.
