What are your processing times?

Shipping is calculated and charged at check out, based on item details and current courier rates. All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt. Delivery times may vary but we will keep you updated via e-mail throughout the delivery process.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Please contact us if LENI is not available in your area and you would like a special delivery. However, kindly note that customs and duty charges may apply and are at the discretion of the customs agents in your country. You, as the customer, will be contacted by customs for payment. We are happy to assist where we can.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel by contacting us via e-mail connect@lenithestudio.com. We will process your refund within 2 or 3 business days. Please note, it may take additional days to appear on your statement. If your order has shipped, please refer to our returns policy.

If we made an error in our process, we will do everything we can to rectify our issue and ensure you receive your correct items. Contact us here.

Do you offer exchanges ?

The quickest way to receive your correct item is to submit a return request to us at connect@lenithestudio.com. Once your order is refunded, submit another order for the correct item. View our refund policy here.

How do I return my order?
