Our Favorite Uses
  • Soothe achey neck muscles by wrapping the heated pillow around you neck. 
  • For ultimate spine rejuvenation, place the pillow down the length of your mat.  Lie supine, (on our back) on the pillow so it runs down the length of your spine. Breathe and release.
  • Use anywhere on the body that could benefit from heat therapy.
  • Recommended for use on the mat, massage tables, treatment rooms or while sitting at a desk. 
User Guide

Test: place THE RESTORATIVE PILLOW on a plate and microwave for 30 seconds on a medium heat. From there increase the heat in 30-45 second increments depending on your microwave settings and personal preference. 

Cautions
  • Rather heat in increments as to not burn the inner materials. 
  • Do not heat for over 90 seconds in any given session.  
  • Allow to cool for 10-20 seconds if it is too hot. 
  • Be mindful while removing your pillow from the microwave, always test before wrapping it directly onto the skin. 
  • For best use, apply directly to an area and maintain the placement of the pillow to lock the heat in for about 10 minutes or as per your discretion.
  • Can be re-heated as needed for other areas. 
  • Consult your practitioner if the application of heat is a contraindicated treatment of your current condition.
